When Claude Code calls a tool on another computer and nobody answers, the message given to the model now says: "Ask the user to check that Claude is running on that computer rather than retrying immediately."
Why
The wording is what the model passes on to you, so a stalled remote call now points you to check the other computer instead of prompting repeated retries.
