What
Some permission questions from a remote host can be answered by an automatic checker (the classifier) instead of by you. When the session is in plan mode and such a question goes to a person instead of the classifier, Claude Code now writes a debug line starting [remoteCall] plan-mode ask explaining why.
Why
If you read debug logs, you can now see why a question was sent to you rather than handled automatically.
