What

In the plugin menu opened by /plugin, the list of actions on a plugin's detail view is now a standard selection list. It starts with an item already focused and cannot be used while an action is still running.

Names are now passed through a sanitizer, which cleans text before it is shown, in these labels:

flagged-plugin labels, such as "Removed from marketplace · reason:"
claude.ai connector labels
marketplace error labels

Errors for installed marketplaces now also carry an ignoredNameEntry flag.

Why

The detail menu behaves like other lists in Claude Code and cannot be triggered twice while busy, and odd characters in a name are no longer shown as-is.

Upstream's own release notes for v2.1.281 name something this entry names, so the two are probably about the same change. Probably: the pairing is made on a shared name rather than on the words around it.
