A permission request is Claude Code asking whether it may carry out an action with a tool. On one path, a request with an autoDenyWindow is now handled like requests that are only shown locally or are forced: the extra check that normally runs in the background is skipped.
A new internal marker also holds an autoDenyAfterMs value and a resolution.
