Other internal changes: git remote lookup, file-sync outcome, bash task counters, subpath bytes

Five internal changes:

• Git remote lookup: the code that finds a repository's origin address can now be given a specific git program and its own set of environment variables (named settings a program reads when it starts).
• File-sync outcome: the code that reports how a sync went no longer returns a final flag.
• Bash task counter: a new per-response counter, countBashTaskGetInResponse, exists but nothing in the code appears to use it.
• Subpath resolution: when a path inside a folder is worked out, the raw bytes of the path now travel with it.
• SDK setup order: the list of control messages registered for the SDK (the kit for driving Claude Code from other programs) was reordered.
