The part of Claude Code that shows offers has two new lines: "See the offer at" and "Set up GitHub for cloud sessions automatically by running /web-setup". Cloud sessions are sessions that run on Anthropic's servers. /web-setup connects your GitHub account for them using your local gh command-line credentials.
This message has a cap on how many times it is shown at startup, and it is skipped when CLAUDE_BRIDGE_REATTACH_SESSION is set.
