What
When a project contains an MCP server (an outside tool provider) you have not approved yet, Claude Code asks you about it in a dialog titled "New MCP server found in this project". Pressing Ctrl+C or Ctrl+D in that dialog now exits the app.
Why
The usual keys for quitting a terminal program now work from this prompt too.
