What
ExtraUsageDialog is now loaded from a separate piece of code that is fetched only when the dialog is actually needed, instead of being loaded up front. Two new number constants were also added: 256 and 33554432 (32 MiB).
Why
Loading a dialog only when needed usually means less work at startup. Nothing changes in how the dialog looks or behaves.
