Minor internals

This release, version 2.1.281, carries a set of small internal changes with no clear effect on everyday use:

• AskUserQuestion now cleans up its request identifier when the question finishes.
• The marketplace plugin lookup is told it is running in an "install" context.
• The "seed" kind is no longer handled the same way as "clone".
• The helper for sandboxed fresh edits drops its beforeTurnCapMs argument.
• The options used to start a new tmux session (tmux is a terminal tool that runs several terminals in one window) were reworked.
• The dialog wrapper gains an exitOnCtrlCD option.
• Directory sync now starts in an install_ack state.
• writesStatusBeforeInit is passed for control-only connections.
• Plugin hook registrations gain answersForEngine.
• laptop_memory_tools is added to a list of allowed names.
• McpBuiltinGithubReadOnly is marked as available in version "1.25927.0".
• A cleaner for control and formatting characters and a 64 MiB size constant are added.

The remaining changes are renamed internal names with no change in behaviour.
