What
When an MCP server (an outside tool server connected to Claude Code) asks to open a web address, a dialog lets you accept or decline. Pressing Enter now always reads the option currently highlighted, so an arrow key followed quickly by Enter acts on the right choice. The same applies to Enter while the dialog is waiting.
Enter now declines only when "decline" is actually highlighted. Before, anything other than accept was treated as decline.
Why
Quick keypresses no longer land on a stale option, and a selection that is neither accept nor decline no longer declines by accident.
