What
Claude Code includes a description of which settings are allowed and what each one means. Organizations use it for managed settings. That description now records the first version that supports some settings:
1.19367.0for the built-in web search server and provider.1.15200.0for the tool policy.1.26832.0for the mount access mode.
It also gains a warning for when the OTLP protocol, a standard for sending usage and monitoring data, is set to grpc. The warning says those events are sent over OTLP/HTTP to the same address instead.
Why
Administrators can see which version a setting needs. If you chose gRPC for OTLP, you are told that these events travel over HTTP instead.
Something disagreesSomething we can check disagrees with this entry, or the writer said they could not settle it.
The writer flagged doubt
The finding does not say which app the version numbers refer to.
