Managed settings schema records the minimum client version for many fields

What

The managed settings schema lists the settings an organization administrator can set centrally. Many fields in it now carry a support: { availableInVersion: ... } marker. The marker records the oldest client version that honours the field. Fields that gained it include:

• The MCP OAuth "Resource indicator (RFC 8707)" field, marked availableInVersion: "1.30096.1". MCP servers are outside tools Claude Code can connect to, and OAuth is the sign-in method they use.
• additionalRedirectReferrerHosts, marked availableInVersion: "1.20186.0".
• MCP "Startup timeout", "Azure cloud", hosted OAuth "Client ID" and "Enable import".
• The sign-in flow, the headers helper script and the offline_access toggle.
• Environment variables and the Import prompt banner.
• Desktop and app settings for automatic third-party session import, the GitHub MCP scope and 'Pre-select on new task'.

Other version values seen on these markers include 1.19367.0, 1.25927.0 and 1.40609.0.

Why

This is descriptive information about each setting, not a change in how any setting behaves. It lets tools that read the schema, such as an admin console, tell an administrator when a setting will be ignored because a client is older than the version the field needs.
