Claude Code sends a laptop_memory_context event describing whether memory on your computer is available. Before, it was only sent for the pending and denied states. Now:
It clears when the state is open or closed.
It reports every other state.
Pending and denied are still reported as themselves; all other states are reported as local_memory_off.
Why
Cases where local memory is unavailable for other reasons are now reported instead of being skipped.
