The API key and repository steps move through a filtered list of choices (use existing, sign in, or create new).
The "Install GitHub App" subtitle headers and the extra blank space below them are gone.
The general Escape-to-cancel key now works only during the browser sign-in (OAuth) step.
Creating the GitHub Actions workflow is guarded so it cannot run twice, for example after a double press of Enter.
Why
Pressing confirm twice no longer creates the workflow twice. Escape behaves differently on steps other than sign-in, so do not count on it to leave the wizard from those steps.
