The [HeapDump] report describes Claude Code's memory use when a heap dump (a snapshot of memory, used for debugging) is taken. Under Bun, the runtime that executes Claude Code, it now says external memory is "part of heapUsed, in snapshot" instead of always saying "NOT in snapshot".
Why
Anyone reading a heap dump to track down memory use now gets an accurate note about what the snapshot contains.
