Cloud sessions run Claude Code on a remote machine and can write to certain folders. Claude Code shows a message when the only copy of git it can find is inside one of those folders. Git is the version-control program that keeps track of changes to files. That message now adds a second instruction: install git outside your home directory when git tracks your home directory or a folder above it.
Why
If your whole home folder is a git repository, a git installed anywhere under it could still end up inside that repository. The extra line tells you where to put git so the problem does not come back.
