What
The per-file diff view shows the changes made to one file. It now displays a file path that Claude Code works out from the original path, instead of printing the original path as-is. The same converted path also appears in the hint that suggests running git add for that file.
Why
The path you see in the diff view and the path in the suggested git add command now come from the same converted value, so the two match.
