Claude Code can take snapshots of a code checkout, and these changes affect how they work:
- Snapshot state can now be marked as chained.
- A shallow file outside a git folder is now reported as "not under a directory".
- A branch in the "unreadable" state now counts as changed.
- One git step now also works with the objects folder.
