New text written for the model explains that your computer has connected to a cloud session but tools (the actions Claude takes, such as running commands or editing files) cannot run on it. It names two reasons:
disabled_switch_off
disabled_flag_off
It also includes a "Correction" message that takes the notice back. The notice would be attached as tool_hosts_notice. Both places that could produce it pass a check that always answers no, so the notice is never created.
Why
In this build the notice has no effect: Claude is never shown it.
