What
When a headless bridge (a connection that lets Claude Code running without a terminal be reached from elsewhere) registers, it now sends a snapshot describing the tool host it offers. When the bridge restarts and re-queues sessions that were cut off by the previous shutdown, it now also records the IDs of those carried-over sessions.
Why
Sessions interrupted by a shutdown can be tracked as the same sessions after they are picked up again.
