What
The classifier used by auto mode has a system prompt, which is the standing instructions it is given before it judges anything. The code that builds that prompt now takes one extra setting at the end. When that setting is used, these rule lists are left empty instead of being filled in:
allow
soft_deny
hard_deny
environment rules
Why
The classifier can now be run without your own auto-mode rules in its instructions. If a classifier decision ignores rules you configured, this is one place where that can happen.
