When Claude asks permission to publish an Artifact, the description now adds a note if the Artifact was made from an Anthropic-published type and no capabilities were passed in: "[capabilities: declared by the Anthropic-published type this Artifact was made from; this publish cannot change them]". In that case the capability summary is left blank.
Why
When you approve such a publish, you can see that its capabilities come from the original type and that this publish does not change them.
