When you approve servers from a project's .mcp.json file, Claude Code adds them to enabledMcpjsonServers in your local settings. Before this fix, the new names were merged into a copy of the settings taken earlier. They are now merged into the settings as they stand at the moment of writing.
Why
If other approvals were saved in between, they are no longer overwritten. Every server you approved stays approved.
