What
The config schema for session liveness polling no longer includes poll_interval_ms_not_at_capacity and poll_interval_ms_at_capacity, along with the validation rule that required either heartbeat or at-capacity polling to be set. The multisession_* variants and non_exclusive_heartbeat_interval_ms remain in place.
Why
This removes now-unused, single-session polling config in favor of the multisession polling settings that replaced it; it is cleanup of dead config surface rather than a change to visible behavior.
