What

  • The session-query context now includes a fresh toolDecisions: new Map() alongside the existing permissionRelays, for tracking per-session tool permission decisions.
  • toolDecisions is now read with .get(toolUseId) instead of bracket indexing, confirming it moved from a plain object to a Map.
  • A line that reset toolDecisions to {} when a hook's "ask" decision was being re-surfaced was removed as dead code now that it's no longer a plain object being reset that way.

Why

This cleans up the internal representation of per-session tool permission decisions and removes now-incorrect reset code left over from the old object-based implementation.
