The publish tool's response payload can now include an audience field (derived from the read record's sharing mode) and a capabilitiesDefaulted flag indicating the connector capabilities manifest was auto-filled with a default rather than explicitly supplied.
The tool-result text explaining an artifact's stored capability declaration was reworked to use this flag: it now distinguishes a type-derived declaration, one carried forward from a previous version, and a new case using DEFAULT_ARTIFACT_CAP_NOTE when capabilitiesDefaulted is true. Previously there was only a single 'carried forward' message.
