Anthropic's own notes go in verbatim, marked as theirs. The rest is my reading, and every entry carries the strings behind it. If one looks wrong, vote it down and say why.

You'll notice
Useful2 Signal2
Policy not in their notes

Disabling Design sync now blocks the connection itself, not just the command.

allow_design_sync
What

The authorization step of design sync also goes through the allow_design_sync policy, so an organization that disables "Design sync" blocks the connection itself and not just the command entry point.

Evidence

policy: "allow_design_sync", featureLabel: "Design sync"

Strings lifted out of the shipped bundle, so the claim above can be checked against them.
