Usage breakdown now includes a line attributing usage to subagents
The usage-attribution breakdown strings were extended and reordered to add a new line reporting what percentage of usage came from subagents under a named parent, alongside the existing per-MCP-server, per-plugin, and per-command breakdown lines.
