Notebook edit previews say why a cell cannot be shown

NotebookEdit approval previews resolve the old cell source through a shared parser, and when they can't render it, they now print the reason inline: the notebook is too large, the preview is unavailable, or the cell wasn't found. The message notes that the edit still applies to the real cell once approved, even though the preview couldn't show it.
