CLAUDE_CODE_HOLD_UNANSWERED_PARKED_PERMISSION gives resumed print/SDK sessions a third option for a parked permission request left over without a persisted control_response: instead of retiring it or re-running the turn, the session enters requires_action with the original tool details and holds the request open, logging "holding it answerable" and a tengu_resume_parked_permission event with outcome: "held" (or held_superseded if new input arrives during the hold). Mismatched control responses for the held tool-use ID are dropped with a warning. Like its retire counterpart, this is a plain boolean environment variable with no default, so it does nothing unless the operator sets it.
