Subagent guidance and the artifact tool description got small wording corrections
The subagent guidance text no longer claims that omitting subagent_type starts a fresh agent; it now says only that other subagent_type values start fresh agents with no context. Separately, the artifact tool description now attributes the current user id to the page's user capability rather than to a claude.user.id() call.
