Pipelined Speculation System

New speculative execution system that pre-generates suggestions before they're needed.

  • Generates pipelined suggestions asynchronously during interaction
  • Promotes cached suggestions when user input matches predictions
  • Stops speculation at denied tools to avoid wasted work
