Resolving user skill directories through the storage backend now excludes skills belonging to disabled plugins.
Details
- Entries ending in the plugin suffix that are set to false in
enabledPlugins are filtered out. - Remaining candidates are checked against a plugin.json size cap before their SKILL.md realpath is taken.
- The enablement state of this code path could not be confirmed.
