Small marker files for deep links and cleanup timing can now be kept as storage keys.
What's wrong with this entry?
The .deep-link-register-failed and .last-cleanup marker files now have storage-key equivalents.
- freshness is checked with
statinstead of a filesystem stat, and the markers are written and removed withwrite/delete - a new error log fires when the cleanup stamp write fails

Strings lifted out of the shipped bundle, so the claim above can be checked against them.
