Supplying a stamp without a live binding is now rejected with a long explanatory message instead of being accepted.
Details
- Validation throws when
stamp is present and live is not. - Republish additionally runs an approve-binding check and throws
pr_review_republish_stamp on failure. - The template check only accepts stamp bindings when
allowStampBinding is set.
