AWS Default-Chain Credential Resolve Timeout

Bedrock sessions now enforce a timeout on the AWS default credential provider chain resolution. The default is 60 seconds, configurable via CLAUDE_CODE_AWS_CHAIN_RESOLVE_TIMEOUT_MS.
