Usage

CLAUDE_CODE_TODO_REMINDER_MODE=off claude     # disable TODO reminders
CLAUDE_CODE_TODO_REMINDER_MODE=baseline claude # default behavior

Details

Env var takes precedence over the tengu_soft_slate_nudge feature flag
Feature flag values: "baseline" (default) or "off"
When set to "off", TODO nudges are suppressed
