DisclaimerUnofficial, and not affiliated with Anthropic. Nearly all of this is read straight out of what ships: npm bundles, captured prompts, published docs. Anthropic's own notes go in verbatim, marked as theirs. The rest is my reading, and every entry carries the strings behind it. If one looks wrong, vote it down and say why.
Detection of Cursor as the host editor now also fires when TERM_PROGRAM === "vscode" and the reported VSCode version falls in the 1.92.0–1.105.0 range, since a Cursor-bundled VSCode in that window mis-reports as plain VSCode. A small parser (major.minor.patch → M1e6 + m1e3 + p) makes the comparison explicit.
Evidence
Cursor host detection (search for "VSCODE_GIT_ASKPASS_MAIN" and "TERM_PROGRAM_VERSION").
Strings lifted out of the shipped bundle, so the claim above can be checked against them.
