The three separate plan mode phase-4 prompt variants (controlled by tengu_pewter_ledger returning "trim", "cut", or "cap") have been removed. The feature flag tengu_pewter_ledger is no longer read. Plan mode now uses a single consolidated prompt.
Removed A98() function and pU1/BU1/FU1 prompt variants (previously searched for "tengu_pewter_ledger" — now absent from v2.1.122)
Strings lifted out of the shipped bundle, so the claim above can be checked against them.
