Usage limit messages have been updated to use "usage allocation" terminology for certain seat types:
- "Your usage allocation has been disabled by your admin" (new)
- "Now using your usage allocation" / "You're now using your usage allocation" (new)
- "Your seat type doesn't include usage" / "Your seat type doesn't include extra usage" (new)
- "Your org is out of usage · add funds to continue" / "· contact your admin" (new)
- "Your group's usage limit is set to $0" (new)
- Removed: "Request extra usage", "Switch to extra usage"
