Embedded Documentation Refresh

SDK documentation embedded in the CLI has been refreshed with updated guides for:

• Python (Files API, Streaming, Tool Use, Managed Agents, Core API)
• TypeScript (Messages, Batches, Files, Prompt Caching, Tool Use)
• Ruby (Installation, Client initialization, Messages)
• C# (Client initialization, Messages)
• Model migration guide for upgrading to newer Claude models
• Verification guides for CLI and server/API changes

Several older documentation blocks were removed and replaced with updated versions reflecting current API patterns.
