Custom Session Titles via SDK Protocol

What

The SDK initialize protocol now accepts a title parameter, allowing programmatic callers to set a custom session title at launch.

Details
  • When provided, the session uses the custom title and skips automatic title generation
  • Has no effect on the persisted title when resuming an existing session
  • Also adds a customTitle field to the session schema for user-set titles via /rename
  • The /rename command description now mentions that the title appears in the "prompt box, /resume picker, and terminal title" (previously only "/resume and terminal title")
Evidence

Strings lifted out of the shipped bundle, so the claim above can be checked against them.
