Shell output now properly parses and extracts CWD reset warnings.

Details

Extracts "Shell cwd was reset to ..." messages from stderr
Separates warning from actual error output for cleaner display

Evidence

f17() at line 460046 (contains cwdResetWarning, regex Ks2 for "Shell cwd was reset to")

Strings lifted out of the shipped bundle, so the claim above can be checked against them.
