Marks the process as running inside a deliberate bubblewrap sandbox. When true, running as root (uid 0) no longer blocks --dangerously-skip-permissions or bypassPermissions mode at startup, as with IS_SANDBOX=1, and on Linux it counts as a sandbox when Claude Code checks whether it runs in a contained environment without internet access.
