Model Status Display

What changed: /model command now shows session override information when active

Details:

  • Displays both current model and base model when session override is active
  • Format: Current model: <bold>ModelName</bold> (session override from plan mode)\nBase model: <base-model>
  • Bold formatting applied to session override model name via p1.bold() / HM() function
  • Helps users understand when plan mode has changed their model
  • Evidence: Yr5() at line 431964 in v2.0.10 (was simpler zz5() at line 431016 in v2.0.9)
