Installation Notification System

What changed: Installation messages and warnings are now managed through a centralized notification system

Details:

• New N2Q() hook processes installation messages on startup
• Messages categorized by priority: high (errors, action required), medium (path/alias issues), low (info)
• Messages displayed with appropriate colors: error (red), warning (yellow)
• Uses XO() to fetch installation messages
• Integrates with the notification queue system
• Evidence: N2Q() at line 425522 in v2.0.10 (did not exist in v2.0.9)
