Debug Log Symlink Management

What changed: Latest debug log file now has a symlink for easier access

Details:

New G$Q function creates latest symlink to current debug log
MH1() returns debug log path (with CLAUDE_CODE_DEBUG_LOGS_DIR support)
On1() returns path to latest symlink
Symlink automatically updated on each run
Located in debug directory: ~/.cache/claude-code/<workspace>/debug/latest
Evidence: G$Q at line 341114, MH1() at line 341106, On1() at line 341111 in v2.0.10 (did not exist in v2.0.9)
