Parent Process Detection

New utilities for detecting if Claude Code is running as a child of a specific process:

function isChildOfProcess(pid) {
  if (!isProcessAlive(pid)) return false;
  // Walks up the process tree to check ancestry
  // Useful for IDE integration detection
}
