Enhanced OAuth Infrastructure

  • Added OAuth authorization server metadata discovery following the .well-known/oauth-authorization-server specification
  • Improved error handling for OAuth token refresh failures with detailed error messages
  • Added fallback OAuth configuration for servers that don't support metadata discovery
