Improved Theme Descriptions

Theme options in the config panel now display clearer, more user-friendly descriptions:

Light mode - Previously "Dark text"
Dark mode - Previously "Light text"
Light mode (colorblind-friendly) - Previously "Dark text (colorblind-friendly)"
Dark mode (colorblind-friendly) - Previously "Light text (colorblind-friendly)"
Light mode (ANSI colors only) - Previously "Dark text (ANSI colors only)"
Dark mode (ANSI colors only) - Previously "Light text (ANSI colors only)"

Other releases about the same thing. Found by shared names or similar wording; neither means one caused the other.
